PRICES      Usually, your cleaning rates will be determined as follows:

    $.25 per sqft for empty rooms
    $.30 per sqft when working around the furniture is needed
    $.35 to $.45 per sqft when furniture is moved
   
Please note      
- There is a $75.00 minimum for cleaning at your location.
- Cleaning Berber carpet is a slower process and is charged at 30 cents per sqft.
- Very heavily soiled carpet or difficult stains and odors may require additional charges.
- We'll overlook a piece or two but moving or working around more furniture is time-consuming.

AREA RUGS/ ORIENTAL RUGS
We will clean synthetic area rugs on-site at our regular rate but wool and Oriental area rugs require special care and we pick these up and return them cleaned for a very competitive price (usually $1.50 to $2.00 per sqft). We generally ask for 2-3 weeks turnaround time as they will be cleaned and dried twice.

To give an exact price for cleaning, we need to see the carpet or upholstery to be cleaned but we do give phone estimates that are usually correct or very close. Your carpet cleaning bill should not be an unpleasant surprise; before we clean you will know the price. We are happy to answer your questions and provide information rather than a sales pitch.
